1. Acceptance

By accessing or using RevivaPhoto ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

Sign-in is optional for free use. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or older where required by local law.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of photos you upload and colorized results you download. By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process the photo through our AI model for the sole purpose of generating colorized candidates and returning them to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to upload.
• Do not use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Do not use automated scripts to bypass rate limits.

5. Free tier

The free tier provides a limited number of colorizations per month with no signup required. We may change free-tier limits at any time. Paid plans, when launched, will be governed by separate pricing terms.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI colorization is imperfect and results may vary. We do not guarantee that colorized results will be accurate or suitable for any specific purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevivaPhoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
